AT THE EARLY STAGE OF A PROJECT, WE ESTABLISH THE CLIENT’S OBJECTIVES TO DEFINE THE BRIEF. WE DO THIS BY FIRST UNDERTAKING AN IN-DEPTH FEASIBILITY STUDY.
A feasibility study is where we will look at initial ideas for the project. We look at the surrounding context, constraints and planning history, which then informs our sketch initial designs and sketches. We can also present in 3D, which helps our clients truly envisage their project. Doing this from an early stage allows us to fully build a brief makes the process a more enjoyable and interactive experience for our clients.
