The existing floor plan did not work for the clients, it had a very small kitchen, and the existing low quality extension was leaking and cold.
The clients wanted to demolish their existing extension and rebuild a larger extension with an opened planned kitchen and dining area to be able to entertain guests and to make their house work better for them. A large roof light above and rear bifold doors allow light to flood in to the space. A downstairs WC and utility room were also created, where the previous kitchen sat.
