A large development in Walmer, which includes the creation of two single storey extensions to allow a large open planned kitchen, and a games room.
A three storey extension to the rear, which will square the house and create two extra bedrooms including 2 in the roof space. We also proposed two new bay windows to the front facade. To the side, we proposed a full height glass entrance space which will have a double height voided staircase inside.
We are looking forward to this starting on site in summer 2023!
